Le Bistro Winebeast, set in a rustic, French style wine shop, is an ideal spot to enjoy classic European fare and a selection of tempting wines. We loved the varied menu featuring many of our favourite French recipes and the intimate and casual ambiance. The produce was fresh and perfectly prepared allowing the flavours to truly shine. Highlights of the night included the flavourful Beef Tartare with Smoked Chili, the savoury “Blanc-Manger” French Souffle with Shaved Black Truffle and Veal Jus, the fragrant Griddle-Grilled Scallop with Butternut Puree, Lardon, Parmesan Emulsion and Truffle Oil, the delicate Courgette Flowers stuffed with Chicken and Prawns in a Chorzo Emulsion, and the deliciously indulgent Pithiviers of Quail and Foie Gras in French Puff Pastry with Veal Jus. Finish your meal with the Winebeast Style Tiramisu and make sure to sample a few glasses of wine from their impressive collection.
