In-Villa Dining at Villa Bayu is a delicious affair with plenty of local dishes to try or Western favourites. We loved having dinner as a family at the large dining table and admiring the stunning views while enjoying the mouthwatering fare. We love spicy food and discussed all our needs with the Chef so he was able to purchase fresh ingredients and prepare each dish to our requirements. Spicy dishes such as the Ikan Pepes and Steamed Snapper were some of the best we tasted during our trip and we loved the juicy and fragrant Ayam Betutu. Don’t worry if you have children or those who aren’t used to local spices, our chef was more than accommodating by preparing classic BBQ ribs, buttery steamed veggies, and fried rice for the little ones. A perfect way to spend an evening in or lunch beside the pool during your stay.
