The romantic dinner at The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah is truly a night to remember. Set up in the resort’s stunning rice paddy fields, they create the ideal dreamy setting with an abundance of candles, flowers, and a decadent table for two. We walked the grassy, candle lined path to a wooden pedestal and found ourselves in an idyllic and serene setting. The five course menu was delicious and perfect for a celebratory occasion. We loved the juicy Tataki Style Scallops, fragrant Balinese Spicy Soup with Prawn, delicate and fresh Barramundi with Truffle Potato Puree, and juicy and flavourful Braised Belly of Balinese Pig. The indulgent Ginger Scented Chocolate Souffle was an ideal finale for the beautiful evening where we gazed at the stars, spotted fireflies, and were truly spoilt. A must do for honeymooners or couples celebrating a special occasion.
