Villa Samuan features a large and stylish dining room ideal for a dinner party or relaxed family dinner. During our stay we tried their In-Villa BBQ and tasted local seafood in the comfort of our villa. At sunset we enjoyed a few cocktails and watched as the talented In-Villa Chef prepared our fresh fish and tiger prawns in traditional marinades over a flaming grill using techniques from the famous Jimbaran Beach barbecues to create a mouthwatering feast. We couldn’t get enough of the delicate and fragrant snapper and juicy, meaty tiger prawns. The professional staff set the table beautifully and we enjoyed a refreshing salad and perfectly crisp potatoes alongside the delicious seafood. A great way to spend an evening after a fun day exploring Seminyak or lounging by the pool.
