Terroir Parisien, by acclaimed Chef Yannick Alléno, is a stylish and classic French bistro serving a slice of Paris in Hong Kong using fresh ingredients, traditional family recipes, and mouthwatering authentic Parisien cuisine.We loved the cozy booth seating, friendly service and varied wine list, ideal for a night out. We sampled their festive menu during our visit which started with refreshing Raw Oysters with Chive, Pickles and a Mustard Dressing, followed by their delicious and perfectly cooked Blue Lobster Salpicon in Jerusalem Artichoke Cream with Hibiscus Flower. For your main course choose from fresh Sea Scallops with Butternut Squash Ravioli in a rich and fragrant Crustacean Jus with Black Truffle, or the indulgent “Tournedos Rossini” Roast Beef Tenderloin with seared Foie Gras, Truffle Jus and Pommes Puree. The menu ends perfectly with a choice between the classic French “Mont Blanc” or a light Chocolate Ganache with a Crispy Puffed Rice Crust and Preserved Pear. An ideal way to celebrate the holidays with friends or your date while indulging in extremely impressive Parisien fare.
