Sip Bar is a romantic and chic venue located at Sunsuri Phuket serving delicious specialty cocktails, imported wines, high-end malts and whiskeys, and a selection of tapas. We loved the dramatic open ceiling, intimate ambiance, and exotic Asian design. It was the ideal destination for a mouthwatering dinner of classic Phuket fare, using only the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques. For appetizers we recommend the vibrant Raw Mango Salad, traditional “Ma Hor”, refreshing Shrimp Spring Roll and flavourful Clear Turmeric Soup with local clams. For the main course their sweet and meaty Local Steamed Phuket Lobster served with Rice in Coconut Shell is a must order. Make sure to check out the terrace and unwind with a glass of wine from their impressive collection or imported Limoncello for a perfect digestif. A great date night spot or night out with friends.
