Belon, at Banyan Tree, is the perfect grand location to spend your Sunday brunch in Macau. As we set foot in the beautiful restaurant we were greeted by live piano music and stunning decor and a were escorted to our private window side table overlooking iconic vies of the city. We loved the quality on offer at the buffet and delved into some fresh Oysters, Scallops, Prawns, Crab Claws and Lobster Claws to start our brunch. Listen out for the discreet bell which signals the chefs setting up an “a la minute risotto station” which is prepared live and served up immediately, make sure to get there fast before it all goes! Other favourites included the Grilled Australian Rib-Eye, Roasted Lamb Leg, some of the best grilled lobsters we’ve had at a brunch buffet. The free flow beverages included Mumm Champagne, a selection of fine wine, and plenty of freshly squeezed juices. The staff were attentive throughout our meal ensuring a luxurious and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended when visiting Macau over the weekend.
