We loved the delectable Winter Seafood Collection with Kobe Yuge Farm Fresh Cheese and Caviar, the fragrant Kyoto Turnips Cream with Sea Scallop Tartare and Pistachio Brioche, the light and flavourful Wood Grilled Market Fish with Cod Milt, Kyoto Kujo Leek and Brussels Sprouts, and the melt in your mouth Wood Grilled US Prime Tenderloin with Vanilla Scented Baby Onion, Kyoto Carrot and a Port Reduction. Each plate was meticulously and beautifully displayed and showcased only the freshest flavours. A great spot if you are looking for delicious contemporary fare with extremely impressive city views.
