We recommend heading up the winding steps to the American Bar for a cocktail against HK’s skyline before going to the dining room to enjoy a dinner to remember. The Modern European fine dining menu features mouthwatering creative fare and is perfect for an impressive date night. We highly suggest having their signature Tasting Menu which included delectable and fresh Botan Shrimp Tartar with Sake-Argan Oil Dressing and Caviar, rich and decadent Duck Liver Mousse with Green Apple Sauce and Pan Seared Duck Liver, delicate Roasted Red Tilefish Fillet with Ratatouille and Tomato Foam, creamy and tender French Chicken Breast Ballotine with Blanquette Sauce and Hen of The Wood Mushrooms, and juicy and indulgent Grilled Japanese A5 Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Sauce, Potato Mousseline and Golden Beetroot. The “Felix Wall” dessert with White Chocolate Mousse and Whiskey Chocolate Ganache with Verbena Sorbet was a great end to the menu and our meal was perfectly paired by the sommelier with both classic and unique wines and whiskey. The ideal place to celebrate in HK while showing off the city’s beauty and indulging in delicious fare.
