KURA Teppanyaki, located in Conrad Osaka, is a perfect spot to sample a traditional teppanyaki meal in modern surroundings. Our chef showed off the skill it takes to create the mouthwatering dining experience, and we couldn’t get enough of the fresh, local ingredients used in each dish. Our teppanyaki dinner started with Kuroge Wagyu Cannelloni Style with Pickled Daikon, followed by refreshing and light Wild Yellowtail Winter Style. Next we moved onto dishes prepared on our private teppanyaki grill and were served delicate and fragrant Carta-fata Steamed Sea Bream and Sea Scallop followed by a delicious, tender and perfectly grilled A5 Kuroge Wagyu Fillet Steak. The warming Kettle Cooked Rice with Crab was ideal on a cold winter day, and the fresh and ripe Melon and Strawberry Sorbet was a great finale. We were very impressed by the variety of flavours offered and attention to detail in every element of the meal. A great spot for families or couples looking for a stylish and delicious teppanyaki experience.
