Manisan, set at the beautiful Alaya Resort Ubud, is the perfect spot to delve into Balinese culture and flavours.  Set amongst picturesque rice paddy fields and located in central Ubud, it’s an ideal dining destination for anyone staying in the area. We loved the ambient table setting and mouth-watering buffet which included many traditional and local dishes including fragrant Ikan Pepes, juicy Chicken Satay, and indulgent Babi Guling. Fresh vegetables, steaming garlic rice, spicy soup, and a Asian dessert spread perfectly compliment the meal and we we loved the friendly service throughout our meal. The highlight of the evening is the traditional Balinese dance performance which incorporates a rich blend of culture and entertainment. The dancers put on a fun and educational show and we loved that they are open to getting the audience involved. Great for families with children or a unique date night while staying in Ubud.
