Hotpot has been one of our favourite Asian dining experiences since moving to Hong Kong and we loved Stimbot’s version at AVANI Sepang. Our meal started with a selection of Thai appetizers including crisp Thai Chicken Wings, juicy Thai Beef Salad, and addictive Deep Fried Thai Fish Cakes. We chose for our hotpot to be half Spicy Tom Yum Broth and half Chicken Broth so the kids could join, and selected a variety of dishes including fresh dumplings, seafood, vegetables, fish balls and noodles. Make sure to grab a table by the window and enjoy the stunning sunset views while you dine.
