We loved the selection of Italian charcuterie, creamy buffalo mozzarella and burrata, ripe and juicy imported tomatoes, delicate seafood salads, and freshly baked breads. The main courses included a variety of authentic Italian dishes and we couldn’t resist the fragrant Pumpkin and Potato Gnocchi with Castelmagno Cheese Fondue and Black Truffle, and flavourful Saffron Carnaroli Risotto with 36-month aged Parmesan Cheese and Roasted Bone Marrow. Don’t miss their 40 variety cheese room which will please any connoisseur and they have an elegant dessert bar for those with a sweet tooth.
