The impressive Pan-Indian menu feature’s many of the chef’s signature dishes and truly shows his skill and the quality of the ingredients used at Velassaru. We loved the vibrant Roasted Duck Liver Salad to start and highly recommend the Maldivian Salt Crusted Reef Fish and the juicy and tender Grilled Prime Beef Tenderloin for main courses. Save room for dessert and delve into the indulgent Chocolate Fondant Cake for the ideal finale. We loved the romantic and private dinner setting and had a very memorable evening dining under the full moon and stars.
