H Restaurant, located in Hirafu Village Niseko, is the ideal spot for relaxed and mouthwatering dinners after a day on the slopes. We loved the cozy setting and delicious menu featuring both modern European dishes and Japanese classics. Dishes were predominately comprised of fresh ingredients sourced from Hokkaido and daily specials were offered each evening. Favourite dishes included the delicate and flavourful Grilled Salmon, the tender and mouthwatering Wagyu Beef Tagliata, and the juicy Grilled Lamb Chops. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the crispy, authentic Italian pizzas and we loved pairing our meals with their classic cocktails, local wine and sake. A great spot for tasting Hokkaido flavours and enjoying family style dining.
