We loved the high quality ingredients used in each dish and the combinations of flavours throughout the menu. Highlights included indulgent Uni with Lobster Jelly & Oscietra Caviar, Slow Cooked Abalone with Pork Belly Sauce, fragrant Amadai with Shellfish Bouillon, juicy Duck Breast with Sichuan Pepper, and melt in your mouth Ozaki Wagyu Beef with Burnt Onion Puree. The dessert was equally innovative created from White Asparagus which resulted in a refreshing, earthy, and satisfying finale. Make sure to order the wine pairing for the ideal dining experience.
