One of the highlights while staying at Taj Coral Reef was the mouthwatering food at each restaurant and we couldn’t get enough of the menu at their main restaurant, Bokkura. The chef has added a variety of cuisines to the menu options and in addition to their main menu you will get a special breakfast, lunch and dinner menu that changes on a daily basis. We were extremely impressed by the quality of ingredients used and highly recommend their authentic Indian and Maldivian fare. Highlights included the tender Mutton Vindaloo, the fragrant Lamb Biryani, and the creamy and addictive Palak Paneer. Make sure to try the traditional Maldivian breakfast and freshly made Dosai during your stay. Your kids will be spoiled for choice with French Toast, Spaghetti Bolognese, giant Burgers and juicy Grilled Chicken all on the menu.
