Uma Nota brings São Paulo’s Nipo-Brasileiro street food and cocktails to HK’s dining scene at the heart of Soho. The lively space is bursting with energy and offers vibrant, mouthwatering fare. We were quickly welcomed by the friendly staff who explained the menu and concept before we ordered. The dishes are perfect for sharing and use Japanese techniques with Brazilian flavours. Favourites of the night included the flavouful Ceviche Nikkei, the tender Octopus Skewers with fresh Herb Oil, the crunchy “Coxinhas de Frango” Chicken and Okra Dumplings with Homemade Chili Sauce, and the perfectly prepared “Fraldinha” Grilled Flank Steak with Farofa and Feijao Salad. Make sure to sample their unique list of cocktails using refreshing ingredients that pack a tasty punch, the “Argila” and the “Maracuja” being our favourites. Ideal for a fun date night or book a table for a group of friends for a great night out.
