Located in the stylish OCHO Hotel & Kitchen is the mouthwatering restaurant serving up local produce and traditional dishes with a dose of international flair. The modern and minimalist decor with Scandanavian influences is the perfect juxtaposition from the quaint streets of Palma’s old town and we loved the cozy ambiance and friendly service. The menu is concise with plenty of local ingredients and a specials board that changes according to season. Highlights of our dinner included the flavourful Tartare made from Galician Blond Beef, the fragrant Red Prawns with Garlic, the indulgent 64° Egg with Wild Mushrooms, the tender Grilled Octopus with Green Mojo, and the melt in your mouth Pork Shoulder which was a daily special. The selection of wines and cocktails pair perfectly with the creative menu and service was consistently friendly and knowledgeable. Grab a table in the dining room or check out their intimate bar area for a more relaxed evening. Dishes were all ideal for sharing. A must try if you’re staying in the Palma area.
