The restaurant at Cases de Son Barbassa is a must visit for a true taste of Mallorcan fare in picturesque surroundings. Set on the stunning grounds of the stylish finca, the restaurant boasts relaxed outdoor seating and panoramic views of the countryside as well as a romantic glass-encased dining room perfect for an intimate date. Ingredients for the menu are all sourced locally on the island or from the finca itself ensuring a fresh and mouthwatering meal. The dinner menu changes daily and the highlights from the night we visited included vibrant Asparagus Salad, fragrant Ravioli with Marinated Salmon, Spinach and Zucchini, and juicy and rich Beef EntrecĂ´te with grilled “Sa Taulera” Cheese. We loved the selection of local wines to pair with our meal and couldn’t get enough of their own olive oil made in house from the olive groves surrounding the hotel. A perfect luxurious experience with a touch of local flavour and scenery.
