Chef Alex Law boasts over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked alongside world renowned chef Donovan Cooke when they opened The Atlantic Restaurant in Melbourne. His welcome return to his hometown Hong Kong shows him putting his exceptional skill and use of the highest standard in ingredients to produce mouthwatering seasonal menus. Highlights of our meal included the tender and flavourful Octopus Carpaccio with Citrus, Vanilla and Shellfish Oil, the Beer Battered Giant Scallop with Nori and Kohlrabi, the decadent and perfectly prepared Lobster with Daikon and Grape, the juicy, melt in your mouth Iberico Pluma with Clams and Savoy Cabbage, and the flavourful Pigeon with Asparagus, Onion and Morel.
