We loved our luxurious pool villa during our time at Nikki Beach Koh Samui and were so happy to have Executive Chef Julian Pou prepare a mouthwatering in villa bbq during our stay. It was the perfect family evening and would be great for parties or when you are just looking for privacy and seclusion during your trip. Staff came and set up a BBQ and preparation counter right beside our dining area so we could watch the chef in action. He talked us through the local ingredients and menu options and we couldn’t get enough of the vibrant flavours and use of fresh fare. Must order items included the juicy and fragrant Marinated Chicken, addictive Pork Belly, Fresh Tiger Prawns, and crowd pleasing Pineapple Fried Rice. A perfect way to spend an evening while staying at Nikki Beach.
