Moon restaurant at Silavadee Resort is a must dine spot when visiting Koh Samui. We loved the use of seafood and locally sourced produce throughout the menu and the chef’s unique and mouthwatering dishes all with traditional touches. If you’re looking to try authentic Thai fare make sure to select the Southern Thai Set Menu for a mouthwatering selection of the most famous local dishes. We loved the touches of spices and herbs and the bursts of flavour in every bite. Favourite dishes off a la carte menu included the vibrant and decadent Charred Yellowfin Tuna, the meaty and flavourful Crab Cocktail, the fragrant and fresh Grilled Wild Tiger Prawns, and the insanely juicy Slow Cooked Local Chicken. Don’t miss the sides and indulge in Creamed Spinach and indulgent Gnocchi with Chorizo and Manchego. Service was always impeccable and we loved the tables beside the window where we could enjoy the stunning sea views and admire the Moon and stars while we dined.
