The inviting main pools are comprised of a shallow pool perfect for children with variety of sprinklers and a waterslide, and a separate deeper pool with serene views where you can lounge poolside with a cocktail. Our children loved the fully staffed Kids Club where they could partake in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities and we couldn’t get enough of the games area which we could enjoy table tennis and connect 4 as a family. The resort also houses a turtle sanctuary where you can visit to learn about their work to save turtles and meet some of the cute recovering residents. Their full service spa was the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach and the state of the art gym and tennis courts ensured you could burn off the calories after indulging at all the delicious dining destinations.
Dining options are endless at JW Marriott Phuket and we couldn’t believe the incredible quality and impeccable service that was consistent in each venue. Breakfast buffets at JW Cafe were grand and vast featuring plenty of Thai and Western options. We couldn’t resist the authentic Italian fare served at Cucina, and the teppanyaki show at Benihana was delicious and entertaining for the whole family. Stop by the Lobby Bar for a taste of Southern Thai fare, and make sure to check out M Beach Club if you want to catch one of the best sunsets on the island alongside delicious fare and cocktails to match.
We were truly impressed by the amazing service and excellent facilities throughout our stay. Every department from housekeeping to concierge were kind and always went above and beyond. Restaurant staff always remembered ours and our children’s preferences and small touches like personal hand written notes and little gifts made our stay that much more special.
