Their talented chef has created a beautiful Mediterranean menu brimming with mouthwatering flavours and only the highest quality ingredients. Highlights of our meal included the Seared Scallop Risotto with squid ink and truffle cream sauce, the Fillet of Chilean Sea Bass with grilled asparagus, pumpkin, cherry tomatoes and olive tapenade, and the Grilled Lamb Tenderloin with new potatoes, pearl onions, nuts and red onion reduction. Make sure to pair your meal with a bottle of wine from the impressive list and stay until the sky turns inky black and is shimmering with a bed of stars. Their indulgent desserts were a perfect sweet end to our evening and our kids had fun playing in the sand while we took a walk along the beach. There’s few better places on Koh Samui for a sunset beach dinner than Flames.
