Cafe Del Sole was our go to lunch spot throughout our stay at The Residence. We loved the poolside location with views of the ocean and enjoying the sunshine while we dined. The ambiance was always lively and inviting and the Mediterranean inspired menu had us feeling all the best holiday vibes. Highlights of the menu included the juicy Lamb Sliders, the fragrant and delectable Mariscos Gratinados, and the  indulgent Linguine Vongole. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pizzas which came straight out of the oven and the copious scoops of homemade ice cream. Make sure to pair your meal with a crisp cold glass of wine or tropical cocktail for the ideal afternoon in the Maldives.
