The stunning venue is set overwater allowing for ocean views and a relaxing, breezy ambiance. We booked a private sushi making class with their friendly chef and it was one of the kids’ favourite experiences throughout our stay. Not only are you treated to the freshest fish but their in house chef will help you create and plate personalised maki and rolls that you can later make at home. It’s easy enough for even younger children and a great bonding activity for all.
After our class we sampled our creations as well as a few dishes off the menu for lunch. You can’t miss their decadent sashimi and sushi platter, fragrant and crisp soft shell crab tempura, and the homemade mocha ice cream is the ideal finish and a huge hit with the whole family.
