Auma was definitely one of our favourite dining destinations while staying at Hilton Cancun. The chic and stylish restaurant is ideal for a date night or family dinner during your holiday. We loved the ocean views, tempting open kitchen, and friendly service. We started with a fresh and flavourful Charred Beet Carpaccio and the indulgent Provoleta Asada which was a big hit with the whole family. Their Over Embers NY Strip Steak and Beef Tenderloin were both grilled to perfection and the fresh and tender Rock Shrimp are sure to please all the foodies. Make sure to pair your feast with a bottle of wine and save room for one of their decadent desserts. Ours kids also could not stop raving about the mini beef sliders. A perfect choice if you’re craving quality steaks and fine wine during your holiday.
