We didn’t expect to taste mouthwatering Italian fare while staying in Cozumel but were pleasantly surprised when staying at Fiesta Americana. Their Italian eatery, Rosato, serves a tempting menu full of comforting classic dishes, crisp wood fired pizzas, and delectable pastas sure to please any foodie. We loved the creamy and generous Lasagna Bolognese, the delicate and flavourful Turkey Vitello Tonnato, and the extremely tender Filetto di Manzo Rosato.

The kids devoured a variety of pastas throughout our stay and were impressed with the quality of the freshly grated parmesan cheese. Make sure to save room or their rich and fragrant tirmisu and pair your meal with a bottle of wine for a memorable evening during your stay.
