Hotel Riu Caribe is a lively and inviting all-inclusive destination located in Cancun’s enviable Hotel Zone. The sprawling resort boasts beautiful sea facing rooms complete with spacious private balconies that are big enough to fit a family of four. We loved the stunning beachfront location adorned with an abundance of sun loungers and staff who are available to bring you your favourite cocktail while you laze under the palm trees. The main pool was always a welcome respite complete with a swim up bar and entertainment throughout the day. Our kids loved their time at the resort’s incredible Kids Club, RiuLand, where the staff have created a fun-filled schedule of indoor and outdoor activities. Our children always raved about their experience and even had the chance to meet Calu, Riu’s turtle mascot, at one of the resort’s engaging nightly shows.

Dining options are abundant from an all day buffet at Albatros to juicy steaks at Gaviotas and satisfying Asian cuisine at Shangri-la. We loved the authentic Mexican cuisine at Maria Margarita and the casual pizza stand beside the pool was ideal for afternoon snacking in between swims and sand castle building.
