Don Pablo’s gourmet restaurant was one of our favourite meals while staying at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica. The mouthwatering fine dining restaurant boasts a classic white table cloth dining room, European style decor, and a tempting menu full of French cuisine. Highlights included the buttery and garlic infused French Snails and Black Pacific Mussels a la Bourguignon, the crisp and delectable Breaded Crab Meat with Garden Salad, and their insanely juicy and beautifully presented Chateaubriand. We loved that the juicy cut of steak was served table-side paired with delicious sides. Make sure to save room for their sweet desserts or share an indulgent cheese platter with your date as an ideal finale. A must dine spot when visiting Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, especially for celebratory dinners or a romantic date night.
