We never turn down a Japanese dining experience and Hakuchi was perfect when we were craving Asian fare during our stay at Riu Palace Tropical Bay. The welcoming and beautifully styled restaurant serves a variety of Japanese and Asian inspired dishes sure to please any foodie. We loved starting with a selection of sushi before moving onto the made to order main courses. Highlights were the insanely juicy Shiitake-Crusted Steak, Yakisoba, Vegetables and Sesame and the fresh and vibrant Tuna Tartar with Avocado, Cucumber and Ponzu. Save room for the addictive mochi dessert and make sure to pair your meal with a carafe of sake for an authentic experience.
