Set at the heart of Midtown, The Library Hotel was the perfect sanctuary for our family in the city. We loved the charming boutique property featuring friendly staff, spacious guest rooms, and optimal location. Set in close proximity to the New York Public Library, Central Park, and Rockefeller Center you’ll be within easy walking distance to many of NYC’s iconic sights.
As avid readers, we loved the concept of The Library Hotel where books adorned every corner of the lobby, our guest rooms, and the shared lounge. Our children were greeted with fun “Where’s Waldo” sets which got them excited for their stay in the city. We stayed in The Library Hotel’s Junior Suite with a connecting Deluxe Room which is ideal for those travelling with children, featuring a total of two bedrooms, a cozy lounge area, and alluring views of the city. All guests gain access to a 24-hour communal lounge where you’ll have your choice of a plethora of books to read during your stay, as well as complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks, and a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.
Guests also have full access to Blink Fitness and the digital version of the New York Times throughout their stay. Make sure to head upstairs to the rooftop where the vibrant Bookmarks Lounge rooftop bar and patio are ideal spots for a romantic date night. Each cocktail was perfectly crafted by the friendly bartender and the outdoor heaters ensured we could use the terrace even in the winter months. A great choice for families, couples, or business travellers who crave privacy, exceptional service, and sumptuous guest rooms in the Midtown area.
