We loved the ambient and elegant space boasting stylish marble terrazzo flooring, Murano glass chandeliers, and alluring velvet banquettes. Start your evening with an aperitif at the welcoming bar area before heading to dinner in the intimate dining room. Chef Roland Schuller and Chef Bjoern Alexander have created a mouthwatering menu full of fragrant flavours, seasonal ingredients, and beautiful presentation. Our delicious dinner started with an indulgent Angus Beef Carpaccio with Artichokes, Rocket Leaves, Black Truffle and a Mustard Vinaigrette and a delicate and tantalising Japanese Tuna Tartare with Capers Mayo, Smoked Fennel and Tomato Water.
The pasta dishes are a must try on the menu and we highly recommend the decadent Spaghetti “Chitarra” with Japanese Sea Urchin, Sea Lettuce and Stonefish Sauce, and the fresh and flavourful Gricia Style Cavatelli.
For your main course we recommend the melt in your mouth “M7 Wagyu” Beef Sirloin perfectly paired with King Oyster Mushroom and White Asparagus. Make sure to save room for dessert and order the signature crisp and buttery Apple Tart. Service was efficient and friendly and we enjoyed all the chef’s recommendations. An ideal choice when craving European flair and Italian flavours while staying in Hong Kong.
