Carver, located in Causeway Bay’s Crowne Plaza, serves mouthwatering grilled meats and fresh seafood in a modern and relaxed setting. We sampled the dinner tasting menu during our visit and loved the high quality ingredients alongside perfectly prepared recipes. Portions were ideal for sharing and great for those with hearty appetites.
The delicate Maryland Crab Cake and juicy U.S. Jumbo Scallops were a decadent start to our meal before moving on to the indulgent main courses. We loved the oversized Jumbo Prawns Broiled with Thermidor Butter and their insanely tender 45-Day House Dry-Aged Bone-In Rib Eye with Confit Garlic, Cherry Tomato on the Vine and Beef Jus. Make sure to sample their addictive sides including hand cut chips and a rich Macaroni and Cheese. Those with a sweet tooth will delight in the exquisite “Canelle Suzette” with Citrus Mascarpone Cream and Caramel Pineapple Ice-Cream and make sure to check out the wine and cocktail list to accompany the delicious meal.
