We sampled the Dinner Tasting Menu which features a seasonal selection of the famed restaurants dishes, each meticulously presented and paired with a unique wine.

Highlights included the tender and flavourful Barbecued Iberian Pork Loin with Longan Honey,  the delicate and warming Double-Boiled Fresh South African Abalone with American Ginseng and Dendrobium, the fragrant Wok Fried Lobster with Preserved Black Bean, Garlic and Aged Tangerine Peel, the decadent and juicy Stir Fried Pigeon Meat with Fresh Lily Bulb and Morel Mushroom and the delectable Braised Rice with Conpoy, Mutsutake Mushrooms and Abalone Sauce. The dessert boasted classic Chinese Lotus Seed Sweet Soup and Red Date Cake which was presented over a smoking display of dry ice.
