Step into a memorable French fine dining experience at Odyssée. Located in Hong Kong’s towering ICC, we were captivated by the spectacular bird’s eye view and the intimate and romantic setting. We loved sitting at their corner table, right beside the floor to ceiling windows admiring HK’s city lights. The staff were friendly and welcoming introducing the menus and wine pairing to perfectly match your dinner.

We had the Odyssée Experience Menu complete with nine courses of mouthwatering flavours, impressive cooking techniques, and creative recipes. A selection of “Snacks” started the menu including Tofu Panna Cotta, Beef Tartare and Chicken Liver Mousse. For appetisers we were served Kristal Gold Caviar with light Cauliflower, Ponzu and Rice Cracker, and a delightful summer inspired Matsuba Crab Roll with Cucumber, Green Apple and Lime Dressing.

A highlight of the menu was the fresh and flavourful Hokkaido Abalone with Green Peas, Sea Urchin and Coconut Foam, which was followed by the melt in your mouth Black Cod with Dill, Crispy Leek and Vichyssoise Sauce. Our first main course was a buttery and rich Barbarie Duck “Tourte” with Butternut Squash Purée and Blackberries Jus which is followed by a choice of insanely tender Miyazaki A4 Sirloin with Potato, Baby Gems Lettuce and Beef Jus or Grilled Bresse Pigeon from Maison Mieral with Hon-shimeji Mushroom and Smoked Jus.

The selection of desserts and petit fours were incredibly light, sweet, and tart, making an ideal finish to a delicious dining experience. The intimate and elegant restaurant fuses innovation and seasonal ingredients to create an impressive menu in HK’s dining scene. A great choice if you’re looking to impress a date or celebrate a special occasion.
