The contemporary fine dining restaurant is currently serving a seafood centric tasting menu bringing you fresh flavours, innovative recipes, and exquisite presentation. Chef Ken Lau has brought decadent renditions of summer fresh produce to create a tantalising and indulgent list of dishes.
The menu is a culmination of East meets West influences ensuring a delicious and inspiring dining experience. The sleek restaurant features floor to ceiling glass windows, a casual outdoor terrace and romantic interiors. We loved sitting window-side for our date night and enjoying each tempting dish with expert wine pairing.
We started with an exciting selection of amuse bouche before delving into the delicate Hamachi Carpaccio with Citrus & Mullet Roe, and fragrant Kohlrabi Saffron Bisque with Hokkaido Scallop. We loved the indulgent Apple Wood Smoked Sea Urchin & Salmon Roe Royale, the perfectly textured Slow Cooked Abalone with Caviar & Garlic Foam, and their unique signature Sichuan Style Stir Fried Spicy Spaghetti with Fish Maw and Dried Scallop.
The Slow Cooked Lobster served with Blue Cheese Calamansi Pommery Mustard Sauce was a huge highlight of the dinner and the meal finished with a rich and decadent Dark Chocolate Dessert with Exotic Fruit perfect for a sweet ending.
