The BBQ Beach Dinner has always been one of our favourite evenings while staying at Summer Island. We love dining under the stars with our feet in the sand and the amazing freshly grilled fare on offer. Our family delved into deliciously seasoned chicken, freshly caught whole fish from the reef, juicy steaks and lamb chops, and fragrant grilled corn and potatoes. There’s also a large selection of fresh salads and a delectable dessert station. Pair your meal with a bottle of wine and enjoy the tropical relaxed vibes during your beach vacation.
