Summer Island know how to make their guests feel special and we were so excited when the team set up a private beach dinner for our family on the last night of our stay. The picturesque location overlooked the rising full moon and and a sky full of stars as we were treated to a gourmet feast. We loved the fragrant and fresh prawns and juicy steak and couldn’t get enough of the unique Crystal Nest Filled with Coconut Gelato.
