RIHA is a one of a kind dining experience only available at JW Marriott Maldives. Created by the talented Chef Rohit Agarwal the 8 course private dinner takes place underneath a blanket of stars. We wound our way through the tree and candlelit path to a stunning dinner set up we were completely secluded from the rest of the resort. Chef Rohit created each course for us live and we delighted in the fragrant Indian flavours alongside fine dining ingredients.  Much of the menu is inspired by Indian home cooking taking tradition from different regions all over the country. We loved trying the new flavours and recipes that we’ve never tasted and loved the slow and tantalising journey in an unforgettable setting. Highlights included the perfectly prepared “Foie Gras Sheermal” the tender “Lucknowi Gosht” the spicy “Patrani Machchi” the fragrant Lobster Tail, and the juicy “Malabari Wagyu”. Perfect for a celebratory date night or for foodies looking for a culinary experience at one of the Maldives’ most luxurious resorts.
