Hot Pot dinners are one of our favourite Chinese specialities and we were very surprised to see it served in the tropical paradise of Fushifaru. Set in the stylish a la carte restaurant Raakani, the amazing chefs set up a hotpot meal featuring seafood, vegetables, and sliced meats. We loved the Thai style soup base which was fragrant and paired perfectly with the fresh ingredients. A great option for families and groups looking for a unique dining experience in the five star resort.
