Melange, located at the five star all-inclusive Pullman Maldives, is a mouthwatering all day dining destination perfect for the whole family. We loved the spacious restaurant featuring air conditioned indoor seating and a picturesque outdoor terrace overlooking the stylish main swimming pools and stunning Indian ocean. The expansive buffet features a wide variety of international fare which changed daily and incorporated mouthwatering nightly themed dinners. We couldn’t get enough of the fragrant authentic noodle bar, delicious Maldivian fare, and fresh salads. There was also a tandoor oven, an amazing selection of Indian fare and a live shawarma station where the chef created fresh wraps each lunch. Seafood night was a huge highlight of our stay with fresh and decadent all-you-can-eat lobsters, giant juicy prawns, tender cuttlefish, and grilled to order reef fish. The all-inclusive incorporates a wide variety of beverages, impressive wine selection, and fresh juices. Service was always with a smile and everyone was eager to accommodate any dietary requirements or special requests for our children. A great spot for foodies during their stay at Pullman Maldives.
