The small and intimate space features interactive bar seating where guests have a front row view of Chef Nick Sor in action. Chef Nick boasts an impressive history with experience at Michelin Star Andre in Singapore and Hong Kong’s Yardbird. He has devoted himself to direct fire cooking, mastering the art and refining a menu which showcases a variety of flavours and textures using the intricate skill.
We loved the rich and mouthwatering menu focused on juicy cuts of meat and fresh seafood. Highlights included the fragrant and delectable Hokkaido Firefly Squid with Romesco Sauce, the creamy and decadent Red Prawn paired with perfectly al dente Bomba Rice and Uni, the tender and flavourful Duck Breast, melt in your mouth Australian Wagyu Beef Rump, and of course the impressive Chicken served with chicken heart.
The presentation and fireplay taking place in the kitchen is all part of the dining experience. Diners are able to see the vibrant flavours created in large flames and the meticulous plating of every course. We loved the use of high quality produce and inclusion of local ingredients. Each dish was expertly paired with a selection of wines from all over the world and the service was personable and friendly throughout our dinner. A perfect option for a date night or dinner with friends. Book ahead to ensure a seat at the coveted bar for a culinary journey to remember.
