Jingisukan is a must eat when staying in Hokkaido and Hoshino Resorts TOMAMU has one of the best for an apres ski meal. We loved the cozy setting, snowy views, and friendly service. The menu is filled with succulent cuts of meat, varied platters, and family friendly fare. We sampled the Lamb and Venison Platter which included juicy lamb chops and gamey venison cuts. Diners grill the meat and vegetables by themselves for a fun and interactive dining experience. Each plate is perfectly seasoned and marinated and the menu also features an array of side dishes to go with your order.
