After a busy morning of shopping at sightseeing, we were delighted to return to the Mercure Sapporo for a delicious and relaxed semi-buffet lunch. Their restaurant is a welcoming and stylish featuring city views, friendly service, and delicious fare. The buffet selection is full of Japanese classics, fresh salads and seafood, and family friendly options. We loved that that the main courses were served a la carte and beautifully presented for a decadent lunch. Highlights included the juicy Roasted Duck Breast with Burdock Sauce, vibrant Jerk Chicken, and buttery and fresh Monkfish Meunière. Don’t forget to save room for dessert and sample the indulgent chocolate fountain or a few scoops of the homemade ice cream. A great spot for lunch while exploring beautiful Sapporo.
