Highlights of the tasting menu included the delicate Uni, Jerusalem Artichoke and Yuzu Jelly tart, beautifully presented Hamachi Crudo with Jalapeño and Shiso, innovative Kigani Crab with Cauliflower and Curry, fragrant Maine Scallop with Fish Roe and Sauce Mariniere, and rich and indulgent Quail ‘Albufera’. We also loved the unique take on the classic Tiramisu and the delectable and addictive Petit Fours.
