Located in the iconic Dorchester Hotel, The Grill by Tom Booton was one of our favourite dining experiences while we visited London. The intimate and ambient dining space boasts sleek booths, an inviting bar, and impeccable service.
We loved the mouthwatering menu showcasing a modern take on classic British cuisine. Tom Booton has shown his skill in using exceptional fresh ingredients and adding intricate details ensuring each dish is bursting with flavour, texture, and surprise for the diner.
Highlights included the creamy and rich Glazed Lobster Raviolo, the sweet and flavourful Roasted XL Orkney Scallop, and perfectly executed Beef Wellington with Bone Marrow Reduction. The uniquely indulgent Creamed Cavolo Nero is a must try side and make sure to save room for dessert for a taste of the chef’s creative take on well loved traditional sweet options.
