Gaucho City of London is perfect for steak lovers staying in the Liverpool Street area. The hidden venue offers sleek interiors, friendly service, and a delicious menu brimming with South American inspired dishes. We loved that the space was suitable for group dining and families, a great respite after a day of sightseeing and shopping.
We started our experience with flavourful olives paired with a classic martini to whet our appetites, followed by refreshing Sea Bass Ceviche, delectable Seared Diver Scallops and savoury and creamy Provoleta.
The highlight of the meal was the incredible steaks. Our waitress brought a platter to our table and talked us through each piece so we could select our ideal cut and we delved into perfectly grilled Lomo and the tender and flavourful Churrasco de Lomo, a spiral cut that is marinated in garlic, parsley and olive oil. They even had mini fillets for young diners. Don’t miss out on their delicious Tray Baked Cookie Dough for the ideal finale.
