Hawksmoor has always been one of our favourite Steak Houses and we were excited to visit their Canary Wharf location for the first time. Hawksmoor Wood Wharf, located at the heart of the buzzing area, is set in a sleek and stylish building located over water. We loved the welcoming entrance, cozy dining area boasting city views, and ambient bar.

The venue is perfect for a date night, groups of friends, or families looking to enjoy delicious fare in a vibrant and sophisticated ambiance. The highlights of the menu are always their mouthwatering cuts of steak but we couldn’t resist starting with a few seafood options to excite our appetites. The fresh oysters and Devon crab on toast are must orders and we highly recommend the tender and flavourful Old Spot belly ribs which was a big hit with our kids.

For our main course we always enjoy sharing one of the bigger cuts of beef, and their bone-in prime-rib was juicy and tender, full of flavour and paired perfectly with the selection of sauces. If you’re craving something other than beef don’t miss their perfectly grilled chicken or the buttery and fragrant Dover Sole Meunière.

Save room for dessert and delve into one of the most indulgent and irresistible sticky toffee puddings. Don’t miss their impressive wine list or a classic cocktails for a memorable dining experience. A must visit if you’re a foodie visiting London.
